      Where do you ship to?

      We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

How long will my delivery take?

For our UK customers, we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), delivery typically takes:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 2–7 business days

Which couriers do you use?

To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with the UK’s most trusted delivery services, including Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel and Evri. The specific courier is chosen based on the size of your order and your location to ensure the fastest possible transit time.

Why is my tracking number not updating yet?

Don’t worry! If you see a message like "Shipping information received" or "Electronic settlement," it simply means your package is in the initial transit phase to our UK distribution hub at the London Gateway (LGB).

  • The tracking will "wake up" and provide a specific delivery window as soon as the local courier (like Royal Mail or DPD) scans the parcel at the hub.
  • This usually happens within 48–72 hours of you receiving your tracking link.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

No. Because we utilise specialised UK-entry shipping routes, all custom clearances are handled before the local courier receives the package. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise "grey cards" from the post office.

I ordered multiple items; why did they arrive separately?

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products from different specialised warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
