Refund policy

We're sorry to hear your WildLoop order wasn't quite what you expected. If you're not 100% happy, you can easily return your items within 30 days of delivery. Because we source our products globally to offer you the best prices, we have a streamlined return process to keep things simple should you wish to return any of our products.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. The Return Process

To start a return:

  • Contact us at: support@wildloop.co.uk, stating your order number and reason for your return.
  • Once we have approved the return, your item(s) must be sent to our centralised inspection centre at: Nero - WildLoop Return, 11a West St, Marlow SL7 2LS
  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package. Items sent back to the warehouse without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@wildloop.co.uk with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the damage/issue.
  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our inspection centre. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised items, perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.
